This was my first experience with Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group. I have to admit I was a little intimidated at first by how large the dealership was & thought perhaps that I would just be another customer. Not true! Edgar was very good at making me feel like I was receiving individualized service. He even had a surprise gift waiting in my new car knowing it would mean something special just for me. I may have purchased a new car, but I think I may have gained a new friend as well.

Heard that Fiat was coming back to the US & it took a year until I learned that Jeff D'Ambrosio would be the nearest dealer (50 miles). Never dealt with them before but started talking to them months ago & understood cars wouldn't be available until April. Got my new Fiat yesterday in their beautiful Fiat only studio. What a wonderful experience. Fiat salesman Edgar Floyd spent more time with me at delivery than salesmen who sold me much more expensive cars in the past. He said he will be my contact for anything & everything @ D'Ambrosio Fiat, unlike some who don't want to be bothered by the customer after the car is sold. Full tank of gas too. And the Fiat is great, just so much fun to drive. EVERYONE who sees it loves it.

"unlike any dealership I have walked into"

I visited the Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group Fiat Dealership with other Fiat enthusiasts from our club Fiat Lancia Unlimited (FLU.ORG). The staff was just as excited as we were to welcome Fiat back to the US. The dealership was unlike any dealership that I have walked into. There are monitors where you can select the features you want on your car. It gives you an idea of what the car will look like before you make the purchase. The staff is just as excited as I was to make my purchase of the Fiat 500. They are very knowledgeable about all the features of the Fiat 500. The salesman who assisted me was Edgar Floyd. The sales staff does not pressure you to make a purchase. He took me through the purchasing process from the start through driving the car off the lot. Edgar Floyd has continued to stay in touch with me to ensure the Fiat 500 is keeping me happy. I have been averaging 43 MPG. This has been the most pleasant car purchasing experience I have ever encountered. I plan on making continued visits to the dealership to purchase accessories and apparel. PS: This is one happy place. Make a visit and ask for Edgar Floyd.

"spoke to us like we were friends"

I would like to express what a pleasure it was doing business at Jeff D'Ambrosio. Especially with Chad. He was excellent in all the above. He explained everything about the NEW INCREDIBLE FIAT 500. He not only explained EVERYTHING about the car but he also spoke to us like we were friends. Thank you Chad and everybody else that helped with us to purchase the new FIAT. What a great time it was!!!! Thank you soooo much. We love the car :)
